I would like say hello and bid you welcome to my Snapshots In Time blog and to thank you for visiting! Photography is my main hobby, and although my passion is nature photography, I also like to capture all kinds of moments in time with my camera which I believe may have a special quality or vibe about them. It also gives me a chance to be a little more creative in what I do with the imagery.
My current equipment is the Nikon D7200. I use a Sigma 105mm macro lens for close-up work, which is my very favourite lens, as I love macro photography. I also use a Nikon 18-55mm lens for general photography, and a Nikon 70-300mm telephoto zoom lens for those far away photos. I very rarely use a tripod, as most things I photograph are taken in the moment, hence 99.9% of the images on this blog are handheld. I do some digital processing to try and bring out the best in the images I take before uploading them.
Please feel free to visit my other blog Pete Hillman’s Nature Photography.
